The Dreaded and the Deep update

The Dreaded and the Deep has received a revamp. The new version has some clarified rules, more supernatural features in character creation, and tools for storytellers to create encounters and islands. I feel comfortable calling this the "finished" version of the game, but that doesn't mean there won't be updates in the future.
